Highlights of the call:

• Thank you for your patience during our call today. We have talked with the service provider and they have been experiencing issues and expect to have them resolved shortly.
• Katherine reviewed the floor plans from Case File 10 – and answered questions.
• Case File 9 and desks that are placed on an angle.
• Adjustment for when the foot of the bed is aligned with the bedroom door.

Recommendations:

• If you have friends or family whom you think would love the Storyboard as much as you do … have them join before our membership prices increase.
• Set aside time everyday to review the material from previous Case Files.
