1. The most important clue to catching the thief in our story is the missing piece in Helpful People. I had to ask about a possible scoundrel. (As you learn more about each gua, different questions will arise.)
  2. Opposite guas always work together. In our story, the opposite gua, Wealth, is compromised by the existence of the closet, suggesting that money may be hidden. In this case, I had to ask if money might be hidden—even stolen.
  3. The bed was out of command when we arrived. It was not a surprise to hear that there was some doubt about any money being missing. Very little is clear when your back is to the door.
  4. With the stove and the bed back to back, in addition to the other serious deficiencies, I had to ask a very difficult question. “Might you have been betrayed by someone close to you?” Unfortunately, the final answer was a shocking betrayal.
