Cultivate Strength and Power Every Day
Each and every building you explore with Feng Shui eyes will present a unique set of design details, occupant idiosyncrasies, and interpersonal dynamics. Some places are easy; others can occupy your mind and heart for years. Unless you learn to let go, you will add layer upon layer of memories and concerns that will weigh you down little by little.
Professor offered us these words of wisdom.
When you have completed the Feng Shui, “you should feel clean.” “You should feel “calm and peaceful.” If you do not continue to cultivate your power, “You may have been throwing rice to the front, and the bad chi was coming at you from behind.”
It is imperative that you work to cultivate a growing sense of strength and wellbeing. It is vitally important to cleanse yourself in body, mind, and spirit every day – even if you are currently feeling fine. Here is one suggestion from Professor Lin.
Learn to chant a powerful mantra:
Chant the Six True Words (Om Ma Ni Pad Me Hum).
- If you are troubled, chant this mantra often.
- If under attack, chant the words until the danger has passed.
- If under attack by something unknown, chant the mantra beginning with “Me.”
Me Hum Om Ma Ni Pad
I will continue to add to Professor’s suggestions – the next time to help you maintain your strength and courage as you face a possibly dangerous situation.
