We are one month into the new year, and I’m wondering how you’re doing. If you made New Year resolutions, how’s it going? If you already find your craving for ice cream sending you on a late-night visit to the fridge, or the habit of buying unnecessary plastic items driving you to the nearest big box store, what will you do now – right away?
I have a suggestion for you.
Purchase or borrow a volume of the Toltec I Ching, and open it to # 1 (Lightening over Lightening). Its name is Provoking Change.
Read the Commentary and all the Change Lines.
You will find that the wisdom speaks of and attracts daring initiative. It offers advice to help overturn stagnation. The words will also help ward off discouragement, procrastination, and resignation. What is interrupting your enthusiastic participation in keeping your resolution? There are clues here. Listen carefully with your heart wide open.
Everyone here at the Storyboard is wishing you good luck as you adjust your focus, remain resolute, and nourish your wish and well-being. Let us know how it goes.
