HIGHLIGHTS of the call:

  • We began the day with a recording glitch, but the seminar technician fixed it about 10 minutes in. This recording starts with a quick review of the discussion about the body on the hand. See the slide. The recording is missing the nuances to Worried About Someone. You can read about the details in Case File 17 in the story about the Funeral Director.
  • Case File 18, Short Shorts, is full of floor plans to comment upon. In way of review, Katherine offered new plans to consider. What story would you write upon seeing each of the three plans?
  • We had an important discussion about Yellow 5 and how it relates to the trigrams of the Post Heaven Ba-gua. Why is Yellow 5 destructive? Katherine shared the answer to this question from Teacher. The discussion is full of insight about human nature.
  • More full-on review in the coming weeks. Case File 19 is next.
  • We are developing our capacity to understand the sacred technologies that underpin our work.
  • Our work in the world is important. Please continue to review, for a step back is an enormous step forward. Your review will bring forth all you need to give when asked. Every moment of review is a step toward mastery.

This Week’s REMINDERS:

  • We began with a reminder about the password for Graduates which does have an ! at the end. Your mobile phone will remember the password in its browser cache and will not require you to enter it again. If you clear the cache, your phone will prompt you for the password again.
  • Every last Tuesday call of the month will be all about Q & A from members. Ask a question. Comment on something you found interesting in a document. Let us know what is going on in your neighborhood. Come prepared with 2 or 3 offerings. Your time and effort will benefit all of us. There will be a big day on every final Tuesday of every month. You have a month to jot down a few notes.
  • Tech Tip: If you are having trouble posting a picture to Chalk Talk, send your IP address to Katherine. Our tech will put it on our White List indicating that we accept your post. Let us know if it helps.
  • You will find the procedure for downloading a Storyboard video from Vimeo in an FAQ. Take note of the size options, and it might be best not to choose the largest. These video files are huge.
  • A template is available for a spine insert if you keep your Storyboard documents in binders. The insert has the number of the Case File, the name of the File, and the Storyboard logo. You can purchase the template for $12 from Katherine.
