HIGHLIGHTS of the call:

  • Happy Birthday Jan!
  • We spoke about the Worm Moon that appeared at 7:42 this morning. It marks the beginning of the Solar Term “Awakening of Insects.” Katherine added new info about the Solar Terms including how they are related to seasonal changes, natural phenomena, and climate changes. They are turning points. The energies are changing, and there may be twists of fate, instability and misfortune. Families gather to celebrate as one way to “combat” the difficult energy during the change from one Term to another.
  • We had a full-on discussion of the essence of the trigram Earth, Kun. I think we all have a deeper understanding of the trigram based upon the Chinese characters found in the Chinese text from both King Wen and Confucius. The language here is beautiful.
  • How, in just five words can you answer the question, “Why do opposite guas work together?”
  • More full-on review next week and in the coming weeks.
  • We are developing our capacity to understand the sacred technologies that underpin our work.
  • Our work in the world is important. Please continue to review, for a step back is an enormous step forward. Your review will bring forth all you need to give when asked. Every moment of review is a step toward mastery.

This Week’s REMINDERS:

  • We began with a reminder about the password for Graduates which does have an ! at the end. Your mobile phone will remember the password in its browser cache and will not require you to enter it again. If you clear the cache, your phone will prompt you for the password again.
  • Every last Tuesday call of the month will be all about Q & A from members. Ask a question. Comment on something you found interesting in a document. Let us know what is going on in your neighborhood. Come prepared with 2 or 3 offerings. Your time and effort will benefit all of us. There will be a big day on every final Tuesday of every month. You have a month to jot down a few notes.
  • Tech Tip: If you are having trouble posting a picture to Chalk Talk, send your IP address to Katherine. Our tech will put it on our White List indicating that we accept your post. Let us know if it helps.
  • You will find the procedure for downloading a Storyboard video from Vimeo in an FAQ. Take note of the size options, and it might be best not to choose the largest. These video files are huge.
  • A template is available for a spine insert if you keep your Storyboard documents in binders. The insert has the number of the Case File, the name of the File, and the Storyboard logo. You can purchase the template for $12 from Katherine.
