CF22 – Our Five Element OP

We have been adding evidence to our operations board, and we’re beginning to see that our suspects are fairly predictable. Each has a very distinct signature, and we’re getting more familiar with each one with every picture we post.

We’re learning how to deal with these characters who show up every day—each one in its own quirky way. We may shy away from one or more, but it’s impossible to ignore their influence. Let’s invite them in, work with them. I think it’s possible to make friends with all of them.

We can see their distinct expression when we look at their hands. We can hear it in their language, and see it as they move. And, when we get our hands on their floor plans, we can see a mystery unfold. It’s all here, and we’re going to take a good long look at each and every one.

The emphasis in this Case File is the preparation to be of service. Once our understanding of the Five Elements is heightened, we can more easily give advice that is precise and easily accepted, to write in a voice that speaks to a particular audience; to be aware of the signals that tell us someone is in trouble; to create teams that work with ease and efficiency, and perhaps most importantly, to manage our own chi.
