There are six examples in this module that tell stories of stepping back. One story will ask you to speak up instead. Each will have instructions about how to proceed. This is the time to practice. Where and how will you step back? Where might you have overstepped in the past? Does your process allow you to get to the heart of the problem without exhausting everyone? Do you allow yourself to ask bold questions? Do you trust your inspiration?
Practice is necessary. Courage is mandatory. Loving inspiration is paramount.
