1. The stairway in Partnership suggests that there may be some volatility (ups and downs) in the relationship between mother and daughter.
  2. The stove and desk are both out of command.
  3. The mother’s bed is partially “outside” the upstairs Ba-gua. Is she distracted, and, if so, by what?
  4. There is a bathroom in Children of the upstairs Ba-gua.
  5. The child’s bed is out of command! You know what that means—a sense of danger.
  6. There are “empty” doors to both upstairs bathrooms. Both the mother and daughter are experiencing a weakening of their ability to cope.
  7. There is a “dead” door in the child’s bedroom making a lot of “noise,” and leaving both mother and daughter unable to understand what is happening.
  8. The daughter’s bed is between two doors suggesting constant illness—mentally, physically, or emotionally.
  9. Both beds are threatened by “knife” edges. This clue suggests harm to the occupants physically or emotionally, or both. Danger!
  10. In addition, there is real danger lurking in the park just outside.
  11. The mother sleeps with her feet out the door to the patio, and becomes less and less calm every day. She is losing control of her emotional stability.
  12. Both bed placements create problems because of what is beneath. The daughter’s bed—over the entry area—creates instability. The mother is sleeping over the stove, and the “heat” has inflamed her emotions and created a red rash on her arm.
