HIGHLIGHTS of the call:

• We spent the entire call reviewing a floor plan and discussing a difficult and disappointing report that failed to address the issues at hand and which was presented with one error after another in spelling and grammar. It is important to understand how to work with our disappointments, surprise, and even anger as we work to present our work to clients and others when we see what we might call shortcomings.
