HIGHLIGHTS of the call:

  • We just entered the solar term Rain Water. Members noted the rain and snow currently falling across the land.
  • Last week we talked about Hanson Robotics and their use of hexagram #16 as their logo. This week, we took note of the Microsoft chatbot that has created controversy in the tech world.
  • Three doors in a row – history, culture and science
  • Lorna read some beautiful words about the element Water brought to us by Bernadette.
  • We walked through the process of creating a name to help a baby deal with the difficult elements of her Bazi. Every time she hears her name, she will balance her Bazi, becoming a noble person using her elements to their greatest potential.
  • We looked at 3 hexagrams that had Teacher asking, “Who is moving?” Her reading was right on without knowing the question, and we added to our ability to perform a hexagram reading. We saw mastery in action.
  • Review Fingers Fist Clenching Exercise from Case File 17. It is one Katherine will offer to her suicidal client who needs a pure, radiant heart to heal.

This Week’s REMINDERS:

  • We began with a reminder about the password for Graduates which does have an ! at the end. Your mobile phone will remember the password in its browser cache and will not require you to enter it again. If you clear the cache, your phone will prompt you for the password again.
  • Every last Tuesday call of the month will be all about Q & A from members. Ask a question. Comment on something you found interesting in a document. Let us know what is going on in your neighborhood. Come prepared with 2 or 3 offerings. Your time and effort will benefit all of us. There will be a big day on every final Tuesday of every month. You have a month to jot down a few notes.
  • Tech Tip: If you are having trouble posting a picture to Chalk Talk, send your IP address to Katherine. Our tech will put it on our White List indicating that we accept your post. Let us know if it helps.
  • You will find the procedure for downloading a Storyboard video from Vimeo in an FAQ. Take note of the size options, and it might be best not to choose the largest. These video files are huge.
  • A template is available for a spine insert if you keep your Storyboard documents in binders. The insert has the number of the Case File, the name of the File, and the Storyboard logo. You can purchase the template for $12 from Katherine.
