CF46 – Taking a Selfie

As we work with our own obstacles, we will be better prepared to sit quietly with the challenging questions coming from others. We are the focus of Case File 46.

We are taking a break from new content so that we can reflect upon who we are and all the ways we can become better practitioners. We are seeking a clear path to our true nature to be of service in more and more powerful ways.

What confuses us? What obstacles defeat us? What will get us back on track?

Professor reminded us again and again that our greatest work, and gift, is to help to create flexible chi. He asked us to see through confusion, defeat obstructions, and maintain momentum. This is all linked to flexibility, and a great overall theme for this Case File.
